Sebastian Vettel – 2010 Formula One Champion
Sebastian Vettel (born 3 July 1987) is the current Formula One World Champion, having won the 2010 season. Vettel, who is currently driving for Red Bull Racing, along with teammate Mark Webber, helped Red Bull win the World Constructors’ Championship.
By taking part in practice for the 2006 Turkish Grand Prix, Vettel became the youngest Formula One driver to drive at a Grand Prix meeting, at 19 years and 53 days. He went on to become the sixth youngest driver to start a Grand Prix at the 2007 US Grand Prix.
During qualifying for the 2008 Italian Grand Prix, Vettel became the youngest Formula One driver to secure pole position.He went on to win the race, making him the youngest F1 race winner by nearly a year.
Vettel is a young Champion that has many more years to flourish in the sport of Formula One racing.
